Kelley School of Business Reels

Producing and Editing
Project Overview
These are some of the videos I have made for IU's Kelley School of Business. It is a mix of some of the more promotional content for our MBA program, information about Kelley student services, and fun videos.
My Contributions
For the MBA videos, I filmed the videos and edited them in a way that was informative and engaging. With the Kelley resources videos, myself and another intern come up with the ideas then go out and do either street-style interviews, or informative videos to enlighten students to what they have available. The fun videos are filmed and edited by me, most of the fun videos are to either highlight the community and campus, or a current trend.

This is one of our videos promoting campus visits for perspective MBA students. It features the voice of a MBA student as he describes the impact the campus tour had on him while we follow a campus tour. I filmed the tour, recorded the audio, and edited the video. (14.3K views)

This was the first video in our Kelley Ghost series. We wanted to do a fun video throughout Hodge Hall to get everyone into the Halloween spirit. We went around to different locations and filmed to make it look like the ghost was a Kelley student. I dressed up as the ghost and came up with a majority of the shot ideas; the other social media recorded the videos; I orchestrated the effect at the end; and edited the video. (31.2K views)

This video shows freshmen students at IU moving into Kelley's live-in learn center, McNutt Quad. I went to McNutt the week before move-in to get footage of the calm before the storm. Then during welcome week, I went back to the dorm to get footage of students moving in to show the start of the school year. I edited the footage to show the juxtaposition of the two versions of McNutt, added the audio track of the crickets and the music, and created the graphics. (18.3K views)

This was one of our Kelley Ghost videos we filmed around Halloween, another assistant and I came up with the idea following the success of our initial Kelley Ghost video. We thought going around and asking students questions about their "spookiest Kelley moments" would be a fun way to not only highlight Kelley's resources, but also tie in the Halloween spirit. I was the Kelley Ghost so I interviewed the students, I then took the footage the other assistant filmed and edited it. (15.1K views)

This video features my dog, Maeve, as she gives a tour of Hodge Hall. We thought it would be a fun, entertaining way to not only draw people in, but also highlight what Kelley has to offer. I was mostly in charge of wrangling Maeve, but I did help film some of the videos. I edited the overall tour and wrote Maeve's dialogue throughout the video. This video does have a slight exposure issue that we were not able to fix before posting it, but since then we have fixed it so it will not affect the rest of our videos. (38.8K views)
